Our cable went down a few days ago, long story behind that one..and we were supposed to get it back last week, and today a guy from Adelphia came to try to get it back.
The thing with our TV is that the coaxial input is broken, and we just use the A/V input from the cable box to our TV.
Adelphia in then, asks us what's the problem, we tell him we don't get a picture from our cable box..he then turns on the cable box and our TV, and clearly the signal from cable box is showing on the TV..as you can see the menu on the TV, however the rest of the screen is just black.
His first response then is "Well your coaxial input is broken, it's no wonder you're not getting a picture".
