I put together a new system about 2 months ago now, TJ09 case, evga 680i, with bottom mounted psu, I have AGONIZED over every cable to the point where I am almost happy. I have routed a bunch of stuff behind the motherboard and cut a few extra holes near the hardrives to stealth some cables. Once you get the pc up for the first time you have only really just begun since cleaner wiring will impact your temps which will impact your oc and hardware life.

Dont be afraid to order more cables and use extensions if you feel something is in a weird spot. If you need any help post some picts and the gang can give you some suggestions if you get stuck.
