cable and wireless outage...whats up...anyone?

any one know anything about cable and wireless. this company apparently is causing alot of problems routing traffic to my companys website. when we tracert everything dies at 208.172.66.61 which is loopback.atlantaald.cw.net. several isp affiliated with c&w are having this problem...
