c2it instead of paypal

now I just signed up with c2it since paypal charges for credit card payment.

here is my question.

when I make a payment via credit card, paypal uses purchase transaction so that my credit card won't charge cash advance fee.

I couldn't find any information from c2it about sending payment with credit card. When I ask c2it, they only say it depends on credit card company. But I thought the merchant (c2it in this case) determines the type of transaction.

anyone knows how it is done in c2it??

with citibank mastercard its a purchase i know for sure.

With my non-citibank (first usa) credit card it is a cash advance, and First USA charges me fees as such.
