Has anyone ever used this service for online transactions? I was just wondering because I won an auction over ebay and the guy wants to use this service because he doesnt like the fees paypal charges him (also it gives me 10 dollars for my first transaction). I'm just curious because paypal and other services dont usually ask for you ssn when you sign up.
 
c2it sucks. well they charge you 3% ontop of your payment . you'll see it on your credit card bill, if you use anything other than a citibank card. there are also no protection things on it like paypal as far as i could see. i'm assuming they have some but its not stated ontheir site like paypal
