C2D T7100 vs T7700

OK, maybe I'm missing a step here that is important, but in browsing for a new Dell lappy (don't flame me, please) I find that they are offering the Core 2 Duo T7700 for only $16 more than the T7100. Anybody?

Aha! So sorry. It seems that if I am logging in to the Dell site from my work (the bosses have an agreement with Dell) then the difference is $16. But when I went in the public side to see if I could get a non-logged-in URL to post (this is for a Latitude D630), I find that the price difference between CPUs jumps to $440. I don't know if it's a bug in the Dell site, but I think I'll buy it now.
