What is a the highest safe voltage for a long term overclock. I currently have it prime stable at 320x7 (2240MHz) with CPU-Z reading 1.3V on an Asus P5B Deluxe. How much higher could i bring it if i want this CPU to last 2 or more years?

Probably 1.45v or so. You can "safely" push it up to 1.5 - 1.55, but I don't suggest it.

I try to keep mine below 1.4 when possible, but mainly for heat reasons.
