C:/Windows Security

okay i am having an error in starting an application , and searched and found a .dll is missing and has to be pasted in C:/Windows/system32 and syswow64 folders.

BUT it asks for admin permission and when i click on yes (with uac symbol) ,
it says "you dont have permission" .I just have one windows account, and it is administrator account.

i thought that solution might be by right clicking on system 32 folder and going to security tab and adding permission by user and making all "Allow". But it asks for each file to allow permission and gives error .

what could be the fix ? how can i paste the file ?

sfc is not going to find missing dll's for things outside of Windows. When you go nto properties, dig a little deeper and see who the OWNER is and make sure your in the same group. Admin rights only get you so far.
