C++ Runtime errors! HELP!

Here's the problem...FlaskMPEG just released a new version of FlaskMPEG, so decided to try it because I loved the older ones. Now, when I get done unzipping it and I try to run it, I get this "Runtime Error! Abnormal Program Termination!" and the caption is "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library". Then after I click OK it comes up with "The instruction at "0x0191515b" referenced memory at "0x019b23f4". The memory could not be 'read'. Click OK to terminate the program". So what can I do to get it to run at all??

I didn't realy know where to post it and no, it's not a beta, at least I don't think so. It's designed to run on XP so I was wondering why it wasnt working. Could it have anything to do with my copy of Visual C++ 6 installed?

Download Xmpeg 4.5 its much better than any other version of flask.
