C++ Book?

I want to buy my friend a beginning C++ book. I'm pretty experienced in java, but haven't coded c++ for a while. Do you guys have any recommendations for a C++ book for a total beginner to programming? Thanks.

The O'Reily C++ book (http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/cplus2/) is pretty good. However, the C++ book by the creator of C++ isn't that good for the beginner.

I like this one - I have an earlier version from Wrox Press, and I thought it was pretty good.

P.S. just a suggestion, but since this guy is getting into programming you should send him to anandtech. He'll be able to find a lot of information about pretty much any question or problem he has.
