Bypassing internet screening

I have a internet provider that screens the internet for xxx and things of that sort. The problem is it also blocks pages that are completely clean. I'm trying to bypass it, I tried proxy websites but no luck.. is there a way? I repeat that the screening is done at the Internet provider level, its not a browser block.

thanks

No.
Have you talked to provider about the blocking of xxx and non-xxx material? Do they have some sort of appeals process to tell them they have false positives in their blocking list?

Have you explored the possibility of getting a new service provider? They probably block this content for a reason and have taken steps to ensure that it stays block. This includes the blocking of proxy sites that could be used to by-pass this blocking policy.

What service provider is censoring the Internet? Is this a paid for service?

Here, I will give you the secret: Buy your own service and have installed in the dorm. I am sure the grounds people and the school administration will work with you.
