Bypass win 98 reqs?

I have an old gateway 2000 laptop with a pentium 90 in it and only 8mb of RAM and want to get win 98 on it so I can use my wireless card, and use it just for remote desktop connection, I tried installing 98, and says min spec is 16mb and wouldn't let me install it `.I tried finding more memory, but can't seem to find any anywhere, the 8mb it has is on board and there are 2 slots open yet. So long story short I could use 8megs of RAM if ya know where to find it, or if there is a way to bypass the min RAM reqs in win 98.

Run setup with the /nm switch.

Thanks worked great, what does that switch do? just the memory or all min requirements?

/nm skips the check for a minimum of a 486/66DX and 16MB of memory.
