It is really amazing to see some of the posts on ATOT about sports....and scary at the same time!

If Shaq was 99% size, 1 % skill, then don't you think that every guy who ever played basketball with that size would dominate like Shaq does? Let me answer that for you, and it is NO!

Look, the guy is bigger and stronger than just about every other player in the league right now, but to say he has no skill is ridiculous. At the same time, it is also nuts to say "he has a crossover that can fake most of the league out!".

Shaq is a huge, huge, man, but what he has that most people his size don't have is coordination. Most 7ft+ guys, whether they play basketball or not, tend to be very awkward. If you didn't see other people around Shaq and just watched him move around on the court, people who didn't know who he was would never guess that he is as big as he is.

Size aside, the big fella is also a very skilled player, and he really has come a long way from his early years in the NBA. He knows how to pass out of double-teams, because now he understands he needs to know where the double-team is coming from to find the open man. Yes, his free throw shooting is still awful, and despite all of the excuses that you hear, at this point I believe it is just a mental block because he has been bad at them for so long...

Regardless, the Lakers will repeat again barring injury to Kobe or Shaq, beating the Bucks in a 5 or 6 game championship series.
