It is so - at least for the hot deals. The only discount now is on DELL branded items! They cancelled the 20% discount for all other software and accessories.

Its the new 20% promo. It only works on specific Dell Products like notebook parts and other parts that are Dell options (speakers, monitors, etc.)

Must have been an explosion of orders for them with this 20% off deal being posted on the forums. And the free 'next day' shipping thing..that might have had some to do with them ending it early, but who knows. I hope my printer ships out within the next few days

I'm sure glad a deal like this came around though -- haven't gotten in on a really decent one since the Nomad II @ eMusic.. or well, the ZipCD in January (that was pretty good too IMO).

Only thing that could have made this sweeter was if they didn't charge $8 to ship a sound card by itself. =)

Did you follow the deal at all? When you clicked on details for the 20% off in accessories store, it was clearly stated that the promo was supposed to last until 7/3/2001. This fact has been mentioned in several threads here as well. Today is 6/29. WTF?

Like the other person, I was going to order a monitor, and was in the process of deciding on the model, fully trusting Dell in their promo dates. Today they suddenly change it. This sucks.
