BXMaster or P3V4X for Tribes2?

I recently picked up a BXMaster off of the FS/FT forums. I was going to use it just to have an extra box for Lan games when my brother or friends visited. My primary machine is a P3V4X with a P3 700e@1008. I was wondering if I should swap the 2 boards. I use my computer for 2 things: gaming and surfing these forums even when there is nothing new to read. (I'm an addict, alright?) Unless things have changed through BIOS updates, I recall BX motherboards being better for gaming. And I've heard AGP4X doesn't really do anything for you. I think they're both ATA66, but I'm going to be using a Promise ATA100 card that I have sitting around. The vid card is a Voodoo5. Memory is 256Meg of crucial cas2.

What do you think? I'm going to be reloading Windows and spiffing up my comp in anticipation of Tribes2 soon.

Thanks in advance for the advice,

If you're going to use your 700 on the BX you might have a tough time. A bus speed that high doesn't jive with the BX chipset, although if you can get it to run that high your AGP/PCI would be running so crazy high you'd probably get alot more performance out of it.
They're so close though, I wouldn't worry which motherboard will give you one or two FPS difference.
I'm partial towards the BX Master though, that was my dream board I could never find, so I just gave up and got a CUSL2. :)

I just sold a bxmaster on the boards. sweet board, and I would opt for that over the other board, as long as your vid card can handle it.
