Buzzing Noises

Is it a constant buzz, or does it get louder/softer depending on where the cord goes?

Can you try it on a 2nd pc?
 
The buzzing sound is computer noise. Try using a DAC that hooks up to the digital output of your sound card. You could get a Nuforce Icon HDP or Cambrdige DacMagic.
