when you find one PLEASE post it here, because I'm sure many people would love to have an LCD like that especially since they dont make an 18" with less than 20ms response time yet. Largest is 17" w/ 16ms response time.

Wait 6 months and youll have one.
The planar you saw has a 20ms rise and a 10ms fall, making a total of 30ms response time.

You could wait for a hot deal from Dell on a Planar PX191. A week ago Dell SB had them for $807 with 2 15% off coupons, which brought the price to $583 + tax. I think there were a few more things to stack on there to bring it down a bit more.

Right now Dell Home has it for 10% off at $726. They will probably have other stackable deals in the next week or two like another 10-20% coupon or a $45 off $300 coupon, to bring the price down even more.

Keep an eye on the Hot Deals forum. Deals on LCDs and from Dell get posted there all the time.

I just ordered the PX191 for $670, shipped after Fatcash.

But they are backordered on the PX191s till the first week of July, hopefully Dell has some stackable deals till then.
