Buying comp in 5mins - need quick clarification

Gigabyte GA-P35-S3G v Gigabyte GA-P31-S3G

Theres a price difference of about £15 with P35 being more expensive

I'm using E7200 chip, and Ati 3850 graphics card and 4gb 800mhz memory.

Opinions please? Can't decide if I even need P35

Antec Case with 500 watt eartwatts psu

also 250gb harddrive 16mb ram.

Overclocking, P35. Not overclocking, get cheaper one.

normally intel makes x1, x3 and x5 boards, for P series rite. so P35 is the best with the most features. but theyre all just crippled P35s. so unless moeny is a major issue, go P35 for sure! oh yes and DEF go 4850!
