Buying car.. - advice or ideas ?

My parents wants my old 99 accord.. i wasn't looking to get rid of it till 2008 for the next gen accord but it looks like i need to get it now.. im looking to get the tsx..

how are these internet things, autobytel, etc ? or should I just go to a B&M dealer ?

Use the Edmunds.com TMV and price one out at carsdirect.com to get some baseline values for your area/zipcode. Ask the dealers in the area how much better they can do. Then see how much they'll beat each others' prices, and then you win!

Im pretty much set on the tsx.. after all , it is the european accord... i think the accord is too big.. i like a bit smaller car...

20 miles is too far?? you'd just have to settle on getting ripped a new one at Acura of Manhattan then...; ps, their service dept sucks.

I found theres a paragon acura.. got my accord from paragon honda 6 years ago.. didn't have problem... I might start there first.. its only 10-15 min away.. im actually in queens so the other city I reference is bit far for me too.. hate driving into the city..

well, my dad drives a 86 ford grand marquis station wagon, STATION WAGON has been phased out for years.. haahah.. this thing is huge... and I been trying to buy him something new cuz it broken down a few times... my dad only drives locally.. and i was surprise how much he drove a year..

I compared existing mileage to his inspection sticker, he only drove like 3000 mile a year.. i was like wtf..

my sister bought a golf new and for 2.5 year, that car sat in our house not driven by anyone except me.. and in 2.5 years, i broke the car in and used like 7000 mile out of the 9000 mile thats on the car.. and now my sister moved out so its better to get rid of this old pos he has..

so i feel better that he has a new car but since he wanted mine.. i figure ill go get a tsx.. was waiting for the next gen accord at 2007... either way works for me.. so here i am..
