I'm thinking of picking up a Soyo SY-KT400 Dragon Ultra (Platinum Edition) Motherboard, and I am looking for some input on which RAM to get. Right now im just going to run a XP1600+ in it. Should I get some PC2100, PC2700, or some PC3500......i dunno.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Depends what you want to spend
3 256MB 2100 Kingston sticks will do fine and save $$$
If $$$'s not a concern, go with the 3500 corsair

you definately don't want PC2100 you'll want PC2700 at the least with a KT400 board since you can run DDR333 or DDR400 with it. I'd go for the PC3200 to run DDR400 at good timings and even do some overclocking and see what it will do. I have my PC3200 running 421Mhz on an Albatron PX845PEv Pro which is ONLY rated at DDR333 operation. Almost 100Mhz over rated spec. This is absolutely amazing considering neither Intel nor Albatron gurantee or support DDR400 operation let alone 421Mhz.
