Buying a replacement splitter

I bought one of these in the summer of 04:

In about April I noticed that my splitter started screwing up (black one at the bottom right of the picture with all the cables). I can't plug my monitor into VGA1, because everything is tinted with blue. In about August, my VGA2 started screwing up.

It seems some of the wires or whatever inside of the cable are screwed, because I have to get it into the right position, or else it will give everything a full yellow tint (sometimes even blue or red). At first it was just a minor inconvenience, but it's gotten worse, and I'm having to tape the cable to my case so it will stay.

My question is: is this still under warranty? ATIs site only gives the warranty for products purchased Aug 31, 2005 and later. If it's not covered under warranty, where can I buy a replacement?
