Buying A LCD

Hello, i basicaly need a new LCD. My max budget is 350$, lower would be better.
These are the models i was looking to:Acer AL2051W, Acer AL2216WBD, Dell 2007WFP, DELL
E228WFP , Belinea 10 20 30W, ViewSonic VX2025wm.
Now all of these are PVA/MVA except the 22inch Dell E228. Most of the time spent on the computer i surf the internet. I ocasionaly watch movies and rarely play games.
What is the wiser choice and where can i buy it cheaper(i don`t live in the usa and i`m not familiar with the vendors, however it will be bought from the states by my uncle) ?

The Acer 2216 is also a TN screen, like Dell the E228. Dell 2007WFP can be S-IPS if you win the panel lottery.

 
Why does it have 16.7mil colors then ? :|
Do you happen to know where i could buy the Belinea or Acer AL2051W ?

Also, some recent TN screens (22-inch) have started to claim 16.7 M colors instead of the usual 16.2 M (6-bit) because of improved dithering. So the 8-bit/16.7 M colors claims should be viewed as not "true" but equivalents.
