Buying a fixer upper - thinking about it - where to go for 'help' ?

I am looking at a fixer upper, maybe getting out of my condo. The price is definitely right, could probably get it even lower.

But is there a forum dedicated to "handi men" haha.

I really want to do 90% of the work myself, but would love to post questions on a forum, where they can help me along the way, proper tools/easier methods, that sort of thing.
