Buying a car without title?

If you go through with this, I can see Judge Judy slamming your ass for not getting the title and dismissing your case. No title, no car. As for bill of sale? /shrug.

YOU are giving THEM money. It sounds like they need the money so they should be willing to do everything reasonable to get you to pay them. If they don't want to do the transaction at the bank you shouldn't do it.

No kidding.

I expect good service when I fork over $10 for a meal at a decent restaurant. I should be able to expect the same when I fork over a few thousand.
