Buy XP with hardware?

When buying an OEM version of Xp Newegg requires some hardware to be bought too. What qualifies? Some places only require a audio cable etc.

If there any problem installing an OEM version of XP pro on a dell?

Any piece of hardware should suffice. As for the Dell, yes you can install it, but finding drivers might be a bitch.
