For a street-driven, liquid-cooled, non-turbo car there is no practical benefit to running synthetic beyond an extended change interval. Regular old dino oil will provide perfectly acceptable lubrication for the life of your vehicle. Any decent dino oil should let your car run just fine for at least 300,000+ miles as long as you change it at the appropriate intervals and use a good filter. The rest of the car will fall apart long before any problems from conventional oil would appear.
If your car is air-cooled, turbocharged, or raced on a track, you may want to look into synthetic. But none of those apply to a Camry.
