Buy P4 3.06 533 HT or P4 2.66 533?

Currently there is about a $100 difference between the two ($263 versus $166). I will be using a Chyang Fun CF-S968. The motherboard/bios has the capability to use both processors but cannot use 800Mhz processors. I will be using the system as a home theater PC. I have not purchased the RAM yet. Do you have any recommendations on whether or not the 3.06 GHz is worth the extra $100?

If you plan on doing alot of audio/video stuff the 3.06 w/ HT will probably be worth it. If you are just watching movies, not encoding them etc., i'm not sure you would be able to justify the extra $100.

I picked up an SL6PG, 3.06 w/HT, on the FS/T forum for $195. Keep your eyes peeled there and maybe you can find one as well.
