Hey, I buy hot dogs for a living and I "resemble" that remark!

Anyway, Nathan's, Hebrew National, Sabrett's, Millers, David Berg, Kogel's, Kowalski's, Sahlens, Marathon, Best's Kosher, to name a few of the brands that I'm familar with all use top quality, fresh, all skeletal cuts of meat. Notice who I didn't mention - Oscar Mayer, Eckrich, Hormel, Bar-S, and about every store brand name you could think of.

For the tree huggers, Coleman's Natural Meats out of Colorado make's a darn good dog too. without any preservatives and such. So other than killing the cow, it's pretty guilt free.
