weight is not a good indication of health. tons of skinny people die of heart disease every year... my friend eats all the fat that he can get a hold of, and is not overweight, but I'm sure that his chances of getting heart disease eclipse mine...

err...I think you may got wrong there, weight is one of the most important indications of health since on outset that's first line of notice for patient...

What he is saying is that weight is not the ONLY indicator of health or sickness. IE skinny ppls get heart disease and die too, not just fat ppls. I was 160 lbs for 13 years, made no changes in my diet, when i turned 35 started to gain weight, now at 200 and trying to lose...it will happen...just weight, er, wait.

I can't even finish a dozen by myself before they go bad... but ok.

Every heard of "friends"? 🙂
WTF I ain't sharing.

It says the coupon should arrive in my inbox soon.. but it hasn't yet... what about you guys ?
You should share one donut with one friend, so he can drive you to the hospital after you finish the other 23.

I never got any emails, but I edited the link given with the email address I used to sign up and got my own coupon. 🙂 I thank you and my co-workers thank you. 😀
