I do not like buying second hand parts.. I do not know why but I feel a little bit cautious, because I don't know a place on my region where I can buy reliable second hand stuff.. Furthermore if I was going for Intel chip I would pref SL - probably i5 6600K, because I could keep it 4-5 years

You don't have access to eBay?

Also, even Haswell will last 4-5 years. Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge maybe 2-3, and you can get a lot out of Sandy Bridge with a mild overclock to 4GHz.

How much would your suggestion cost for everything he would need? Don't give the lowest possible and also include shipping.

Oops, I need to make a small correction. My AMD system is an 8320, not an 8350. But other than that, my opinion remains the same. You don't necessarily need top tier equipment to obtain satisfying levels of gaming performance.

Well, I bought my new 16GB Hyperx Savage (CAS Latency 9 and clock at 1866MHz)
But for now I have not yet unclocked my CPU because it was working on 80 degrees Celsius with a little boost from 3.2 GHz to 3.8..
A friend can give me corsair watercooling (it is H55 or H60) will it work okay on me with an OC at 4GHz?

What cooling device were you using when you hit 80 degrees?

I cant even remember what it is.. Assume that it's air cooling system for which i paid something like 15 Euro 6 years ago (Just a little better than the crap stock cooler)

That explains the temperature. Well that Corsair cooler will work great. Go for it.

Overclock + faster/more RAM + Polaris will end up being a nice boost, especially in DX12 and Vulkan games

My Titan X was massively bottlenecked by 1045T, but nevertheless it could take advantages of fast GPUs under favorable circumstances.

Unless your goal is to run all games with x4 SSAA, I would not go for anything faster than the GTX 960 with that CPU. Thankfully, the GTX 960 is a great little card with excellent performance/thermal characterestics. And its most advanced feature sets in the market gives it some "future-proofness" when it comes to 2D performance and compatibility with latest standards. I've got mine (2GB version) for $160 a year ago. I would think getting one, even a 4GB version, for $150 by now should be rather easy, but I do not know for sure.

Even if you were to go for an upper tier card on some later date, these cards will not depreciate in value too much because they are already near the bottom. You can also keep it as a backup card along with a higher-end card you might acquire in the future.
