my 18yr old fridge is leaking. the drain line is clogged but it's not ice. i defrosted it and its still clogged.

i'm probably going to buy this (Frigidaire 18.2 cu ft Top-Freezer Refrigerator (White) ENERGY STAR): http://www.lowes.com/webapp/wcs/sto...=10151&catalogId=10051&productId=3246318&cId=

it's on sale for $540 (10% off regular price) plus this week comes w/free ice maker.
also this weekend, there's no state tax for EnergyStar products. so i save another 5%.

so basically 15% off.

How much better could I do for Black Fri for a similiar sized Energystar fridge?
Worth the inconvience to wait a month?

Why not unclog the drain line? The clog is most likely like a slime. If you have an air compressor, it's easy. If not, detach it and blow through it with your mouth.

cant detach it.
i dont see a way of getting to the drain tube
