Buy.com?

I just made my first purschase from Buy.com last friday. They had a great deal on the Logitech MX Duo. I then looked up their rating from resellersratings.com and I was surprised with how low their rating was.

What has everyone's experience with them been?

I've ordered from them a lot. They have great deals on networking products and their shipping is fast. I've never had to return anything with them, so I'm not sure about how easy their RMA policy is.

I've been disappointed with a previous experience. I won't be buying from them again.

EDIT: Let me rephrase, I will not try to buy from them again.

I've made 5 purchases from them. 4 came through fine. One was extremely delayed and I canceled it. I would consider buying from them in the future, but I would look somewhere else to see if I could find an equivalent deal first.

I've ordered a bunch of stuff from them over the past few years. I can't say that I've had a bad experience yet.

Well I hope my first expeirence with buy.com isn't bad. It seems that going through newegg for so long just spoils you.

when buy was relatively new they were very good but they have slide to the point of being worthless. no matter how good the deal seems with buy, it's not worth it. their cs is non-existent, to cancel an order is a real chore. once you put in the order your stuck. they will advertise a really good price on something and it won't be in stock. excuse my french but they suck.

I recently bought a set of speakers from Buy.com. They were cheap and shipped quite fast (~4 days total). I was pretty pleased.

I've been buying from them since they opened online. Always had good luck and no issues. I just recently got something with free shipping and they sent it USPS which is a first for me. It's taken freakin' forever to get here.

I bought most of the parts for my previous machine from them a few years ago.
Since then, Buy.com has moved away from the high end parts needed to build your own rig.
For example, they don't sell CPUs, and the video cards are regular stuff that's been around for a few months. Newegg has taken their place when it comes to system building.

I've had no problems with them, but now I buy all my stuff from Newegg.

I've ordered a few things from them, and would do so again w/o hesitation. I got the correct stuff, packaged well, and it came really fast. Maybe I've just been lucky.
