Buy.com shipping question

While I wait for a response from buy.com here is my question.

Anyone had an expierence like this: I ordered a motherboard from them. The order went through fine and said it was "sent to wharehouse". That was yesterday, today it is still on "sent to wharehouse" status. The wierd thing is I recieve this email:

Hello ... ,

We are writing to let you know that we are experiencing a delay in being able to
fulfill one or more items on your order #xxxxxxxx. We apologize for any
inconvenience this might cause you.

Your order status can change quickly as we do our best to fulfill your order,
and it's possible that by the time you read this email the delay affecting your
order might have been fixed. It's also possible that the items you ordered could
still be unavailable.

...

My status STILL says "sent to wharehouse" but now the items page says that it is "currently unavailable from the Manufacturer". Should I assume my order was backordered? Would the status say "backordered"?

Doesn't seem so wierd to me.

You dont cosider it odd that I recieve an email stateing there is a problem, yet the order status shows no such problem?

Seems to me "sent to warehouse" means that they sent the request to retrieve the product to the people that work in the warehouse. Since it is not there...thats the last step that was completed

Well I wish they would at least set it to backordered so I know if it was backordered. Then I would cancel it and order it elsewhere...
