I bought one of these printers a month ago when it was DOTD for $99.

I've printed 3 pages. all 3 were screwed up. I finished my project on a friends printer and have been using the trusty Lexmark Z-51.

The C-20 is BIG. Real big. I think there are driver issues w/ win 2000 or perhaps they are just related to the combination of w2k and Illustrator.

For $109 I reccommend it based on an excellent "printer test page". And it prints 11x17

I also noticed Ink was scarce and expensive. Maybe someone else knows where to get some innexpensive ink for this product

read this thread when this was dotd about a month ago for questions to all your answers! Also note that this printer cost $10.00 more than the last time it was DOTD. Kinda wierd isn't that?

Since this printer was designed for Cad-Cam operations, would it be a good dedicated printer for that purpose?

I would think that the 8meg of ram would be a good thing for a printing buffer, but maybe that only matters in networked printing?

I tried one of those $20 off $100 for all customers, and it took with this, but I never got as far as checkout though.
