I am a customer. But, have not received an email of any 10% coupons. In fact, I would buy a printer from buy.com now if I had this coupon. But, since I don't, I won't buy now and wait for a better deal.

I placed 7 orders with them during 2005 (usually using % off coupons listed in this forum), but have yet to ever receive any coupons via e-mail.

I just checked My Account settings, and there isn't a place to opt in/out of e-mail offers.

Go figure...
