with Newegg I would take a chance and save $$$, their service is second to none IMHO.
They will replace the chip if it is bad.

I bought a refurbished Raptor that supposedly didn't have a warranty, but upon checking the S/N on WD's website, it had the full 5 years... so back in July, I got a Raptor for $105 shipped :D Then only a couple months ago, I bought a refurbished Audigy 2 ZS... but it arrived in a sealed retail box with all the free software and games. Newegg is my friend :D

Wait until the reviews of the new Nforce 3 250 boards come out before you buy. Hopefully they will have PCI/AGP lock.

The long awaited mobos....all iv herd is the only difference is the hypertransport speed. But it will be amusing to see what is has in store for us.

P.S. Thanks for all the post!

There are supposed to be some improvemenets in the 939 pin A64 lineup as well.
