buy a refurb graphics card from newegg?

Has anyone had any experience with this? I see some good deals here, but what if I get it and it doesn't work? Or what if it dies on me after a few weeks?

search archived threads, this has been asked in both GH and Off-Topic.

But to repeat myself, the main issue besides a defective card that you need to RMA is that the card may arrive bare -- no DVI-to-VGA adaptor, no video in/out cables, no drivers or bundled software.

Running a NewEgg refurb Dual-DVI card based on the GF4 Ti4600 for roughly a year now. Other than the "missing" VIVO dongle, I'm good to go!
