should I wait, is there any reason for the price to drop soon?

this is for HTPC use, I want the nvidia VPP and wmv acceleration.
 
Prices always drop. Maybe not as soon as you hope (usually the day after I order something I find it cheaper somewhere else). What you need to ask yourself (if you can affor it), do you want to wait? The longer you wait the longer you go without.
