They also get good reviews at DSLReports.com ... which is where I first heard of them, and chose to go with them a couple months ago when the host I was with started getting really crappy.

I've been with them for 3 years now and I'm satisfied with their service. If I have trouble, I usually get a response that same day in a short amount of time, or the next day. Also, their control panel is great and their community (surmunity.com) help forum is a great tool, which you can even interact with their staff.

For what its worth, I've been using Bliksemhosting for the past two years and have been very happy with their service, tech support, etc....

I joined when he was just starting up -- a little risky, but he was very friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. Now has a tech support dept and they follow up fast.

Wouldn't consider going anyone else.

BTW -- I do not work for them or have any economic interest with them.... just a happy customer.

I've used them for a couple of years. I haven't had much to complain about, but beware--if they change their servers for your site, they don't notify you by email or anything. They always list the status of their servers on their site, but I never go there unless I'm having a problem--so I find out too late. I don't know how other companies do, but it would be nice to be notified in advance that they are changing servers--it's not like I go to their site everyday or anything!
