just to let you guys know, this isn't as good a deal but if you go to starbucks in a safeway and buy any 7 drinks, you get the 8th drink free. That way I buy 7 $2 drinks and get a venti caramel frap with a bunch of expresso shots for free

I assume the free one just has to be equal or less than the size of the purchased one. There doesnt seem to be a limitation on the size other than that.

I just used two at the barnes and nobles in Glendale last Sat. I got four of the drinks for price of two using two coupons in the same receipt but YMMV elsewhere. By the way, we got the largest size so it doesn't matter...

I went to the starbucks attached to the barnes and noble in clear lake/webster(south houston), texas, and they would not accept it because it says only to the starbucks which are INSIDE a barnes and nobles, even though the two are connected. The lady said that I could use the coupon to get 10% off in barnes and nobles on books, or I could go to the Pasadena Starbucks which was inside the barnes and nobles.

you wouldn't assume that if you took a moment to read the coupon. Only valid in B&N's that contain sbuks.

The "Starbucks" inside a B&N store are not Starbucks. They are B&N cafe which happens to serve Starbucks coffee. Therefore coupons valid at B&N cafe cannot be used at any Starbucks, and any promotions and gift cards from Starbucks cannot be used at B&N cafe. My local B&N cafe manages to consistently make even worse coffee than Starbucks.
