So, based on my observation, a woman's butt is more of the attention grabber than boobies.

hehe i was at a store and this hot chick with a nice body walked right past, a latino looking guy immediately turned around and said dammnn out loud without even caring what she might think lol. i found that extremely funny

as for boobies and butts, i like them both. it just depends on the chick
 
I wouldn't say a butt is more important, but in the example of the construction guy checking her out.... it's easier to oggle someone's heiney without getting caught and feeling like a perv/getting slapped. 😛
 
Agree with you.Nothing beat a sweat butt.Boobs are really secondary.Hell even 3rd.I love a woman who have a nice tummy( this is how you say that in english??The part related to the stomach ).

I didnt say i dont love boobs, but its really not what im looking at first.
