yeah im not really sure what hes talking about. some girls peak at 14, while others dont look hot until their mid 30's. i do agree though, most girls seem to peak around 21 or 22.

usually its the unexpected baby and subsequent years of high stress that makes girls look un hot. or, if they were hot as teens, they seem to fall to hard drugs that just ruins their beauty.

The main difference is at 21 most girls are still looking for attention. You only see hot 21 year olds cuz thats when they wanna be seen and the girls lacking in confidence dont hit the clubs every weekend.
By the time she's 30 she realizes she needs more substance. She might be out and about but you wont see her making a spectacle of herself.
