Once you figure in ocing a low end dual core X2 you beat the performance of 4.1ghz....New Newsflash!!!!

High end cooling like water and I am seeing 3.0-3.1ghz X2's.....An oc'd computer is more then cpu mhz speed...it is about ram likely being oc'd as well....Intel system do quite well with an oc'd bus....I wil take an 3800+x2 with water at 3.0ghz with 600ddr ram....4.1 can eat dust...

Yeah I spend 160+ more on the cpu...likely can save 50-60 on the mobo and still achieve 3ghz....with water and the whole system figured in, savings in percentage is smaller then the 805D will get beaten in the benches...



when will the stupid 805D threads end....
