Lol so did I...the guy looked like a total creeper. I would have LOVED to see the awkward photo of him and Taylor Swift together.

Silly, but she should follow through. Don't hold a contest and then back out because you don't like the winner.

As long as no contest rules were broken can't he sue for at least the face value of the tickets?.

If I remember right, the winner was entered by "friends". Unless they told him, he doesn't even know he was entered.

Everyone knows basement dwellers on the internet have no actual influence when it comes to the real world.

If people didn't see this coming, then they're blind. While I support the idea, and the lulz that would have ensued, this guy clearly had security risk written all over him.

Wonder how the internet will retaliate to that radio station lol

They crashed Clear Channels servers a day or two ago.....when they were trying to get him to win a meet and greet with the Jonas brothers...

I read about this somewhere else, and I believe there was a vague disqualification clause in the contest rules in terms of how you got your votes.

If any kind of scripting was used I imagine that would (or could) count.

They should have made it a black man then they would have to follow through. The fallout would be enormous.

Oh, OK, yea, I imagine there's always lawyers involved with setting up the rules. I remember waaay back in the early '70's McDonald's had a contest where you filled out a slip but they forgot to put in the rules "no copies" so the students at Harvard and MIT generated tens of thousands of copies and won every prize LOL, henceforth every contest has included the "no copies" rule..
