Don't know how that's incompatible with compassion to his supporters.

You didn't say anything about compassion...

How do you intend to deliver reality and justice to everyday Trump supporters?

and, as the Trump-ettes have said repeatedly...

COVID raging? How can that be, Trump's science office has declared that pandemic is over due to his bigly leadership.

They walked that back with a bunch of gobbledegook.

The White House’s science policy office was criticized for listing "ending the COVID-19 pandemic" as one of President Trump's accomplishments in a press release, which Farah said was "poorly worded."
"Cases are still rising and we need the American public to remain vigilant," she said. "This is the top priority of the president, defeating this virus and rebuilding our economy. But we are rounding the corner because we think that we will have a vaccine by the end of the year, and because of the president's leadership, we expect that we'll be able to massively deploy that on a large scale to as many as 100 million Americans by the end of the year."

Meanwhile, Trump rallies the maskless morons all over the country in an effort to defeat the virus, apparently... Oh, wait... now they're called "peaceful protests"... against wearing masks, apparently.

So, those people had to depend on a socialist service to save them? I hope they remember that when it's time to vote.

Wait...that pretty much describes the Republican version of capitalism...privatize profits, socialize losses...
That ideology is not exclusive to the Republicans. That's more-or-less neoliberalism functioning as planned. We've got the the same with the LNP in Australia, the Tories are no different in the UK and Bolsonaro adds his own Latino flavour.
