It all happened when I turned on my computer and somehow I stuck my finger (really carefully) right into the fins of a 1500RPM Panaflo. I am bleeding and screaming in pain. The strike even broke off 2 fins from the fan itself. Should I sue Panaflo for not putting a visible warning label on their product?

SUE! SUE! SUE!

hell, a lady sued mcdonalds for spilling hot coffee on her lap, and it even had a warning label! and she won!

yeah, you'll just join the ranks of the stupid american lawsuits.

Your dumb and you clearly don't know anything about the case..

Pot calling kettle black..

1500rpm 80mm case fan shouldn't have drawn blood, I've stopped my 2500rpm fans with my fingers before without it even hurting (startles you a good bit sure, but doesn't actually hurt)

yes, because calling me dumb fixes everything. Care to politely correct me, instead?

btw, this article confirms my story.

I stuck my finger in one of those tiptronic 4200 fans with the magnet on the outside. That thing nailed me hell bad. Big ol cut on my finger. The thouht never crossed my mind suing cause I stuck my own finger in it. Dumbass.
