Busted my finger in an 80mm case fan. Should I sue Panasonic?

It all happened when I turned on my computer and somehow I stuck my finger (really carefully) right into the fins of a 1500RPM Panaflo. I am bleeding and screaming in pain. The strike even broke off 2 fins from the fan itself. Should I sue Panaflo for not putting a visible warning label on their product?
 
If you do, you will be SLAUGHTERED by Panasonic (owner of Panaflo)'s inhouse legal team, AND by Anandtech at large.

The blood from your finger will be NOTHING compared to the blood from your face.
 
Wuss. Last night I accidentally stuck my finger into a 2950rpm panaflo fan. It broke one of the blades and left a nice cut on my finger, but you don't hear me whining.

hell, a lady sued mcdonalds for spilling hot coffee on her lap, and it even had a warning label! and she won!

Here lies a perfect supporting argument for my plan to save the human race from being diluted by stupid people.
Take the warning labels off of everything. In a very short time things will sort themselves out.
 
I cut my finger on THIS MONSTER and I took it like a man. I didn't sue Delta cause I'm not stupid. (I cut my finger when I dropped the fan. It was hovering over the ground when I picked it up. and it cut me when I grabbed it) broke off a fan blade too.
 
how do you carefully stick your finger in a fan? actually, why did you stick your finger carefully into the fan?
