IIRC, that was the pic of a Chinese hooker with some Japanese businessmen.

I think there was a big bust two years ago in a hotel in southern China. The hotel management and others set up a "conference" for visiting businessmen. Words got out and the government busted them.

The communist Chinese government made a big fuss with the Japanese government about that incident.
