Business suit with a missing pant

My brother borrowed my suit a few weeks ago for his graduation. He's currently in London, and I went to pick up the garment bag from my mom's house. Inside I found the jacket and the two shirts and ties.

Missing is the pant that goes with the jacket. So, I need to have something put together by Friday and I cant get a hold of him. Besides, I think the pants are too small so I'll end up going to the mall today after work to find something.

So, should I bother wearing a jacket with the pants and shirt? Or will a shirt and tie suffice for an interview?

What type of job are you being interviewed for?

is it a suit or a sport coat and pants?
if its a suit, then only matching pants (ie: MATCHING) will go.
If its a sportcoat and slacks, then any pants will do.

summer time... shirt, tie, pants should be fine... unless it's for a major-snob bank or consultancy etc
