Business painting software

My dad recently got his painting business off the ground and has many houses lined up for the summer but he needs help writing up estimates and contracts. He's not very proficient in English so I was hoping that there?s a program in which I can input all the parameters like prices and extras in so that it calculates something. Say something like there's a basic template where you input the customer's address/contact then some writing for the contract and then the main body where my dad can just have a pull down window with things such as "shutters" "windows" pre calculated. Anyone know if there's a program out there to create this?

Microsoft Access? Just set up some nice forms and reports for him.
